Story

Diesel was originally rescued as a puppy by a family member. When their landlord would no longer allow the breed for insurance reasons, I rescued the dog. However, in the time since, we have noticed that Diesel is aggressive (not mean) with small children. Since we have a new 3-month old, we are not comfortable keeping Diesel. Soon, our baby will be crawling and we simply can leave him in alone with Diesel or in a place easily accessed by Diesel. To be clear, he has not ever bitten or attacked anyone in his life up to this point. Diesel is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and generally good-natured. He is house-trained, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
